Tour Plan
Day 1
-
Route:Borivali - Andheri - Bandra - Dadar – Thane
- 09:30 AM – Start from Mumbai. Begin the scenic road trip. Pickups on route from Borivali, Andheri, Bandra, Dadar, Ghatkopar & Thane.
- 5:00 PM – Arrive at Bhandardara, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
- 6:00 PM – Evening snacks and unwinding before the night’s activities and sunset by the lake
- 7:00 PM – Introduction to stargazing
- 9:30 PM – Telescopic observation
- 10:00 PM – Dinner under the open sky.
- 11:00 PM – Midnight sky session
- 1:00 AM – Second round of telescopic observation.
- 1:30 AM – Tea Break
- 2:00 AM – Activities & Games
- 3:30 AM - Astrophotography Session
- 5:00 AM – Lights off and rest.
Day 2
- 8:00 AM: Wake-up call
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast is served
- 10:30 AM: Board the bus for the return journey.
- 3:30 PM – Reach Mumbai with wonderful memories.

Disclaimer
- Above schedule can change depending on sky conditions and travel duration.
- Alcohol, smoking and chewing tobacco is strictly not allowed during the camp.
- Don't travel if you have any symptoms or if you have been around someone with Covid in the past 14 days.
- Polluting campsite is strictly prohibited.
- Basic Indian Washroom is available 3-4 mins walk from campsite.
- Participants are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
- The organizers reserve all the rights to change / deviate/ cancel the plans without prior notice.
- Fees will refunded only if organizers call off the event.
- Rain, cloud cover is beyond the control of the organizer and in such cases, one has to wait till the clouds clear.
- If at all due to extreme bad weather or unavoidable circumstances the program needs to be cancelled, the participants will be notified by Mail/WhatsApp a day earlier or before 11 A.M. on the day of the program.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 10 days or more before the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 9 to 4 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations made 3 days or less before the event, including the event day.
