Tour Plan
Day 1: All Aboard – The Journey Begins!
- Board the BDTS HW EXP (19019) from Bandra Terminus at 12:20 AM.
- Stops at Surat (4:28 AM) and Vadodara (6:30 AM) for travelers joining from these locations.
- Enjoy an overnight journey to Haridwar.
📍 Note: Arrive at Bandra Terminus by 11:30 PM.

Day 2: Welcome to Haridwar – Rest & Explore
- Arrive at Haridwar Railway Station around 7:45 AM.
- Meet fellow travelers and transfer to the hotel (early check-in subject to availability).
- The rest of the day is free for relaxation or self-exploration of Haridwar at your own cost. Visit places like Har Ki Pauri, local markets, or temples.
- Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 3: Into the Himalayas – Journey to Sonprayag
- After breakfast, check out and begin the scenic drive towards Sonprayag / Guptkashi / Sirsi.
- Enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Himalayan roads and the holy river Ganga flowing alongside.
- Reach by evening and spend the rest of the day resting and preparing for the Kedarnath trek.
- Overnight stay at Sonprayag / Guptkashi / Sirsi.

Day 4: Kedarnath Trek – A Spiritual Pilgrimage Begins
- Wake up early and start the much-awaited 19 km trek to Kedarnath.
- Witness stunning views, waterfalls, and scenic landscapes throughout the trek.
- Reach Kedarnath by evening and attend the soulful Aarti at the Kedarnath Temple.
- Spend time exploring the temple surroundings and shopping for souvenirs.
- Overnight stay in Kedarnath at a basic homestay.

Day 5: Kedarnath Sunrise & Return to Sonprayag
- Wake up at 2 AM for an optional Jyotirlinga Abhishek at the temple.

- Post breakfast, trek down to Gaurikund and drive back to Sonprayag / Guptkashi for the night.
- Overnight stay at Sonprayag / Guptkashi / Sersi.

Day 6: Chopta – The Mini Switzerland Experience
- After an early breakfast, drive towards Chopta, also known as Mini Switzerland of India.
- Trek to Tungnath Temple, the highest Shiva temple in the world (Optional).
- For those seeking an extra challenge, continue trekking to Chandrashila Peak for panoramic Himalayan views.
- Trekkers will return to the base village by late evening.
- Those not trekking can relax at the Chopta campsite or base village.
- Overnight stay in Chopta.

Day 7: Rishikesh & Sacred Confluences
- After breakfast, drive towards Rishikesh, stopping at Devprayag (confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi) and Rudraprayag (confluence of Alaknanda & Mandakini).
- Upon reaching Rishikesh, explore iconic places like Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, and local markets.
- If time permits, attend the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat.
- Enjoy some free time for shopping and sightseeing.
- Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Disclaimer
- The itinerary can be changed by Wandering Souls without any prior notice depending upon the weather conditions.
- It is trekking activity and not a leisure trip so one needs to prepare themselves accordingly
- Any additional expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like cancellation/ roadblocks/landslides/strike or any other natural causes out of human control or any emergency evacuation expenses will be borne by the travellers
- In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.), refund shall be payable with respect to the given refund norms.
- Wandering Souls will not be responsible for any losses incurred for any train/air/bus/taxi bookings, hotel bookings or extension to the camp done by clients/participants
IRCTC Rules:
- Wandering Souls provides its train tickets through the IRCTC app.
- The tickets confirmation depends on the number of days left until the trip.
- While it’s important to understand that there is no 100% confirmation guarantee for waitlisted and RAC tickets on every occasion, please be aware that Wandering Souls does not have control over the confirmation process for tickets.
- It’s important to acknowledge that there’s always a possibility of receiving an RAC (half seat) or a waitlisted ticket instead of a confirmed seat. Please note that Wandering Souls is not accountable for unconfirmed tickets, as IRCTC is a government entity over which we have no control.
- If the train is canceled or its route is changed for any reason, Wandering Souls will not assume responsibility, and alternative solutions will be offered at an additional cost.
- To enhance your chances of securing a full seat on the train, it’s highly advisable to book your trip well in advance, preferably at least 20 days prior to your travel date.
- Wandering Souls cannot be held responsible for changes in your travel plans, and therefore, if you choose not to take the same train we originally booked for your return journey, there will be no refundschange for ticket dates or prices.

- If cancellation done by participant prior to 45 days of the Event, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 30 days of the Event, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant between 15 to 30 days of the Event, 100% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant between 7 to 15 days of the Event, 50% of whole trip amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant within 7 days of the Event, 100% of whole trip amount will be deducted
