Day 1: Touchdown in Almaty
- Arrive in Almaty at 2:45 PM, complete immigration formalities, and reach your hotel by 5:00 PM.
- Check-in, freshen up, and head out to explore Green Bazaar and Arbat Street.
- Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.
- Return to the hotel and unwind for the night.
Day 2: Explore Almaty – Parks, History & Sweet Treats!
- Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
- Stroll through the historic Panfilov Park and admire the stunning Zenkov Cathedral (Ascension Cathedral).
- Enjoy the serene beauty of First President Park and capture memorable moments at Mahatma Gandhi Park.

- After registration, we’ll send the trip details via email. A WhatsApp group will also be created two weeks before the trip for easy coordination and updates.

- Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, roadblocks, landslides, strikes, or other natural causes beyond human control, as well as any emergency evacuation costs, will be borne by the travelers.
- In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failures), refunds will be issued according to the applicable refund policy.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 45 days of the event, 10% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 30 days of the event, 50% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 15 days of the event, 100% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant prior to 7 days of the event, 50% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
- If the cancellation is made by the participant between 7 and 15 days prior to the event, 50% of the total trip amount will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done by the participant within 7 days of the event, 100% of the whole trip amount will be deducted.
