Day 1 - 31st Dec

Route: Borivali - Andheri - Bandra - Dadar - Ghatkopar - Thane - Kalyan
- 09:00 AM: Start from Mumbai. Begin the scenic road trip. Pickups on route from Borivali, Andheri, Bandra, Dadar, Ghatkopar & Thane.
- 5:00 PM: Arrive at Bhandardara, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
- 6:00 PM: Evening snacks and unwinding before the night’s activities and sunset by the lake
- 7:30 PM: Some Fun Activities and Host Games
- 09:00 PM: Dinner under the open sky.
- 10:00 PM: Live Music
- 12:00 AM: Welcome the New year
- 1:00 AM: Tea and Bonfire
- 2:00 AM: Lights off and rest.
Day 2 - 1st Jan
- 8:00 AM: Wake-up call
- 9:00 AM: Breakfast is served
- 10:30 AM: Checkout from the campsite
- 5:00 PM: Reach Mumbai with wonderful memories.

- Above schedule can change depending on sky conditions and travel duration.
- Polluting campsite is strictly prohibited.
- Basic Indian Washroom is available 3-4 mins walk from campsite.
- Participants are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
- The organizers reserve all the rights to change / deviate/ cancel the plans without prior notice.
- Fees will refunded only if organizers call off the event.
- If at all due to extreme bad weather or unavoidable circumstances the program needs to be cancelled, the participants will be notified by Mail/WhatsApp a day earlier or before 11 A.M. on the day of the program.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 10 days or more before the event.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 9 to 4 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations made 3 days or less before the event, including the event day.
