Kenjalgad and Raireshwar offer a beautiful monsoon trekking experience with lush green hills, misty valleys, historic forts and colourful seasonal flowers.
The trek to Kenjalgad Fort takes you through open grasslands, rocky trails and scenic Sahyadri landscapes. During the monsoon, the route turns vibrant with greenery and wildflowers, while the fort offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
The trek can be combined with Raireshwar, a scenic hill plateau known for its ancient temple, peaceful trails and beautiful monsoon landscape. Mist, small streams and seasonal flowers make the plateau especially charming.
With a mix of nature, history and adventure, Kenjalgad–Raireshwar is a great choice for monsoon trekkers, photographers, nature lovers and anyone looking to explore the colourful side of the Sahyadris.
Best Season: Monsoon to late monsoon, especially when the hills are lush green and wildflowers are in bloom.

Tour Plan
Day 1
- 10:00 PM: Meet at Borivali Station West & other pickups (Bus route: Borivali – Andheri– Vashi)
Day 2
- 5:00 AM: Reach Base & Time to rest
- 6:00 AM: Breakfast & Start trekking after brief instructions
- 8:30 AM: Reach at Kinjal Gad & explore.
- 10:30 AM: Move Towards Raireshwar
- 1:30 PM: Reach the fort and have Lunch. Visit Shiva temple where Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj took the oath of Swarajya.
- 2:30 PM: Start our return journey to Mumbai.

How will you contact me once I register?
One day prior to event, we will send you an "event headsup" email with further details, instructions, event coordinator contact details, etc. Along with these, it will also consist the event specific Whatsapp group invite link. Kindly click on the link & join this group for further coordination. (Note: Keep an eye at your spam folder too)
What is the age limit for this trek?
The age limit for the trek is 18 years with no upper limit. Participants below the age of 18yrs need to be accompanied by a guardian
Can I come alone?
Yes, many of our participants are solo travellers.
Is it safe for a female solo traveller?
It is completely safe for a female solo traveller as our representatives will be there with you all the time. Moreover, most of our event have 60% female participation.
Can I Bring my Car?
Yes, you can bring your car
Are washrooms available?
Yes washrooms available at the restaurant where we have breakfast.
Can we smoke or drink alcohol?
Smoking or drinking alcohol is prohibited.
Would I get cellular connectivity?
You will get limited connectivity during the trek.
What type of food will I get?
We will be having breakfast (Veg/Jain) & Lunch (Veg/Jain/Non-Veg) at a local restaurant.
What if I have a medical emergency?
We will carry first aid kit with us. The coordinators will be first aid certified. If the problem increases, we will quickly get you to closest medical attention possible.

Flowering is a natural phenomenon lot of factors determine a good flowering year you can google for updated images to check flowers. We plan the visiting dates so that our participants have maximum chances of seeing wildflowers.
- We require atleast 10 participants to conduct the event. In an unlikely case where we don’t get the requisite number of participants, you have an option for FULL Refund or shifting to any other event.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charge of 15% would be deducted from the booking if cancelled 2 days before the event
- No refund would be granted if cancelled within 2 days of the event.
- No refund (Partial or otherwise) will be made if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized
