General Terms
- Participant must carefully review, read and understand the directives, recommendations provided by the Wandering Soul for participating in any Event, including any safety manuals. And understand that Wandering Souls has not given any warranties (expressed or implied) about, including but not limited to, the safety and fitness of use of the goods and being used for the event and that any warranty in this regard has been disclaimed.
- Taking part in any event contains certain inherent risks. I agree to participate in any Event entirely at my own risk and accept that the event organizers are not liable to me for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise during the course of the Event, in any manner whatsoever. Participant in any event must abide by the instructions of the Wandering Souls, its personnel and any other authorized representative designated by the Wandering Souls. A Participant is solely responsible for their property and actions.
- Participant must be 18 years or above in age and fully competent to understand the terms and conditions. For a participant of age below 18 years, Guardians consent is compulsory and consequently, my guardian/parent has to countersign a consent/waiver form.
- Participant understands that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of them captured during the event, its affiliated entities or contractors, and/or the media become the sole property of Wandering Souls. They grant the right, permission and authority to Wandering Souls and its designees to use their name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising, and marketing activities. They further understand that Wandering Souls and its designees have the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, recordings and/or likenesses
- Participants understand & agree that Wandering Souls would not be held responsible for damage or loss of any valuables which they may bring to the event.
- Wandering Souls reserves the right to decline to accept or retain the participant in the Event at any time should my actions or general behavior impede the operation of the Event or be detrimental to the rights or welfare of the Event, any person or themselves. Similarly, if their conduct violates any policy or procedure of the Event, the participant understand that they may be required to leave the Event at the sole discretion of Wandering Souls.
- The right is reserved by Wandering Souls, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Event or any aspect thereof if the Wandering Souls determines that any person is or will be in danger if the event or any aspect thereof is continued.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid wearing Gold and other jewellery during any adventure or sports activity
- A planned activity or programs may be cancelled or revised depending on the weather or any other unavoidable circumstances
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wandering Souls for any losses, claims, damages, costs suffered by it as a consequence of relying upon my above statements.
- These terms shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
Medical/Fitness Dislaimer
- Wandering Souls offers trip(s) and trek(s) that require varied levels of fitness. The level of difficulty can be based on extent of physical stress, the terrain, weather and/or climate. The degree of difficulty for some trips can be physically demanding. Carefully review the the level of difficulty of each trip before booking the same
- While booking a trip you understand the importance of intimating Wandering Soul of any medical or special needs which may restrict your participation in the Event.
- Your registration confirms that your are in good health and have no medical condition, which may in any way interfere with your ability to participate in the Event and your participation in the Event will not affect your good health and well-being
- Wandering Souls or any of its affiliates, contractors or sponsors of the Event, will not be responsible for my death or any loss, injury or damage which the participant may sustain during the Event. If at any point during the Event or after the Event, you require urgent medical treatment, You give your permission to the paramedics/medical authorities to administer such emergency treatment, including administering anaesthetic, as they may consider necessary in such circumstances
Registration/Payment Policy
- You can book the your seat for a particular event by paying in advance amount(wherever applicable) or Full Amount for the same. We don’t recommend paying by cash at the time of the event.
- Registration is only confirmed once we receive your payment.
- Incase of doing a bank transfer please mention your name in the remarks section and mail the payment details to wanderingsoulsindia@gmail.com with event name as Subject line.

Cancellations & Refunds
- No refund (Partial or otherwise) will be made if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
- Flight costs, wherever applicable, are to be considered fully non-refundable
Cancellations(Trips of Durations of More than 4 Days)
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 45 days of the Event, 10% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 30 days of the Event, 50% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 15 days of the Event, 100% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 7 days of the Event, 50% of whole trip amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 7 days of the Event, 100% of whole trip amount will be deducted
Cancellations(Events/Trips of Duration of 3 – 4 Days)
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 30 days of the Event, 10% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 21 days of the Event, 50% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 15 days of the Event, 100% of advance amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 7 days of the Event, 50% of whole trip amount will be deducted
- If cancellation done by participant prior to 7 days of the Event, 100% of whole trip amount will be deducted
Cancellations(Events/Trips of Duration of less than 2 Days)
- Cancellation charge of 15% would be deducted from the booking if cancelled 2 days before the event
- No refund would be granted if cancelled within 2 days of the event
